Any transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom is carried out in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), its Implementing Regulations, and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom.
DESERT TECHNOLOGIES retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, meet contractual or business requirements, consider future business, investment, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
DESERT TECHNOLOGIES requires its technology and service providers to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and to process personal data only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
